  3. Is this good macros? Protein 113g Carbs 90 Fiber 22g Fat 125g with calories 1,950. I’m trying to maintain I’m 5’1 125lbs I want to maintain. I workout 5-6 times a week heavy lifter. But have the body if I eat carbs it goes straight to my stomach than anywhere else. If I lower my carbs I start to see a difference my waist is smaller and lower half looks bigger 💕 thank you for the video!!!

  4. You got me sick from 1000 miles away, woman! Watched this last night and woke up with a sore throat 🤪. And FYI, when you’re sick it’s best to eat more fat and carbs bc they’re easier to digest. Healthy ones preferably ;). So don’t beat yourself up, your body just did what it needed to to have enough energy to kick this thing 🙂 you need energy to fight illness.

  7. Love the rainbow shirt!! Poor sick Nikki. I feel like you’ve been getting sick often, be careful with eating less meat. I was vegan for 7 yrs and the last few years I kept getting sick like every 3 months. I’m sure vegans will hate me for saying that but just make sure you are getting proper micros and fatty acids ❤️😻 Get well soon! Sprouts actually has a tasty dairy free protein powder… IDK if they have sprouts in Cali?
