  1. Hi Jamie. Nice and simple explanation. One big CON for me is that with a Ketogenic diet you are essentially starving your gut microbes. Once you go back to eating carbs (which will inevitably happen) one has altered the gut microbiome. Suddenly garlic, polyols, inulin etc might cause bloating.

  2. Excellent breakdown on the Keto diet. I've been on the diet before and have lost an immense amount of weight, now reintroducing carbs to build muscle and bulk. All in all, very informative Jamie.
