  1. I don't know what it is but I can barely stand, can't sleep or find a relieving position. I can usually relieve it laying down but it won't let up. I think I really ruptured a disc and it pressing on my spine

  4. I'd be careful about taking sea kelp unless you know what you're estrogen levels actually are. You can have enlarged ovaries, multiple cysts and very low estrogen. I would think taking sea kelp to lower your estrogen would be very dangerous

  5. You, my friend, are a wealth of knowledge! I found a few of your videos very helpful in identifying the cause and treatments of some pain issues Iโ€™ve had for my entire life, and some new ones that have come about lately. Thank you for sending your knowledge in such a straightforward and positive demeanor!

  6. Dr you are a blessing to the internet. Great analysis and overlooked principles highlighted here. Didn't know the opposite side had a significant effect. So i utilised your advise and felt immediate results. Thank you, you star!

  10. 30 yrs ago I fell and injured my tailbone, knocked sacrum out and suffered because no ins …later fell again several times and finally got help, therapy etc. nobody ever showed me this. I just did it and it took my pain level wayyyy down

  11. Dr. Berg I injured my tailbone as a child sledding. Again during childbirth to a very large baby. X-ray showed that it has healed bent. I also experience this bubbling sensation at the base of my skull along with SI pain, hip pain. This whole video is exactly what I needed to see and I think it completely applies to me. Already have the sea kelp and potassium citrate ๐Ÿ˜‰

  12. A month ago I fell while walking my dog and when I hit the ground I heard a POP in my spine. EXTREME pain and I nearly fainted several times just getting out of the park where I was in order to get home. Had a great cranio-sacral therapist work on me several times; worked on myself with BioAcoustic tones and sounds; had some energy work done. It was all coming along nicely, but there was still something out of alignment with the sacro-iliac joint, my cranio-sacral therapist said.

So I started researching sacro-iliac with the physical therapy videos, found a couple of helpful ones but the pain was too much for me to really make any use of those. And then I found your Point #3 on this video. To the best of my ability, by myself, on a Thursday night at 11 PM, I tried rotating my own head like a basketball. I didn't think I'd get very far with that just with my hands, so then I lay down on my bed with your massage tool and really got that in there at the neck while rotating my forehead forward, one side, then the other, then back and forth a few times. (My neck is still a little sore from pushing in with that tool!)

Whatever it was, IT WORKED!!! I got out of bed on Friday morning with NO PAIN. I've gone through all day Friday, Saturday and it's Sunday noon now and I'm about 96.5% pain-free compared to the day I fell and popped the L-3 out of place and was in 100% pain (wow, is that ever an understatement).

I've done the massage tool & rotating the forehead a few times since then, and it's interesting how I can feel vertebrae popping back into place as I do this. If the pain increases again, I'll keep using the tool at the neck, pushing the forehead forward.

This technique was THE thing I needed to finally get comfortable. And it wasn't an old tailbone injury, it was a very new tailbone injury.

Thank you, thank you, thank you, thank you. Thank you for the keto information, and thank you for this. Following your keto plan has eliminated the joint, muscle, ligament, tendon, all-over total body pain I felt for a year and a half, and this brilliant little maneuver has eliminated the pain I thought I was going to have to just get used to over time. I have SO much more freedom of movement now than I did in the month before. Many, many blessings to you!!!
