    without specifics it was nebulous and hard to grasp
    on top of being vague, he spoke too fast and was all over the shop
    i'll have to have a re-listen to maybe make sense of it and formulate specific questiosn to find out more about this metabolic flexibility

    "how your body feels" is not protocol

    this daily fine tuning is bullshit – strictly for the likes of ben and mark who have made their bodies a health & fitness experiment – and god bless them for that – but for the average joe it's not feasible
