  4. I'm overweight unfortunately and I may consider the Keto diet. I tried juicing years ago and it actually worked very well, but it was hard to keep going at it. I eat really healthy most of time, but I drink Starbucks lattes everyday. I think all I need to do is stop doing that and I'd lose weight. I may research the Keto diet.
