  1. I'm doing 22-2 (2 hour feast) butinalso do extended water fast every 3 months for 7 days.
    I've just started carnivore from keto, feeling waaayyy better, no bloating, plus my hair stoped falling out. (I also use an onion juice hair mask 3 days a week, so that might be what stopped the hairloss. Too)
    I'm just doing calisthenics, every other day.

  2. I think the intermittent fasting you talked about is actually time restricted feeding. From my understanding of it intermittent fasting involves 2 fasted days per week and 7 non fasted days or something similar. I’ve been time restricted feeding for 18 months or so doing a 16 hour + fast and found it works wonders.

  3. Kinobody is pretty awesome. I currently do his workout plan right now but I didn’t like lifting only 3 days a week either! So I added a 4th day in which I hit any muscle group that I am lacking or trying to focus on most. It’s working great so far!

I honestly do feel like I want to get back in my best shape I ever was (90 KG – 8% Fat – 180 cm) but I am currently working hard on my 2 businesses and I'm also still in school so I feel like the thing I'll build (the businesses) will last longer than my biceps anyway. So, I simply do 30 minutes full body workout 5 days a week (including push ups, sit ups, sprints, etc…) But is it really worth it?
