Because it’s January and some people are doing “Veganuary,” I’m talking about how/why/when I became a vegan. A whole food vegan. (I had to cut a minute or so off of this video, since YouTube wasn’t letting me upload because it was too long. Sorry for the abrupt ending! Also, at the beginning I had said that I’d found the vegetable painting (which is in the thumbnail for this video) for cheap at a thrift store.)

“Earthlings” is an important documentary, free online, I think. There are a lot of others. I’d like to see “Dominion.”
A couple of my piano videos feature piano solos I composed when I was 14 and 18 years old. “A Small Miracle” is my debut album.

My name is Amanda Dangerfield. I make family-friendly videos (no swears) showing piano playing or talking about music, faith, health, veganism or other topics. I’m my kids’ MusicMaster piano teacher and a wedding pianist (currently in Yakima, Washington), but most importantly a wife and a homeschooling mom of 4. Besides music, I love learning, whole food plant-based nutrition, and exercise. I’m grateful for those who #sharegoodness and #lighttheworld all year round!
