  3. Oh goodness I just remembered….I spent $10 years ago to get in a hydro bed in the mall when they were 1st testing them on the public. It was being 1999, before my 1st back surgery and IT WAS AMAZING! I forgot about it until now.

  4. Love your videos !!!! I’m trying to lose some of this weight I packed on after I quit smoking 8 years ago plus when my son was in the hospital for so long I developed terrible eating habits. We were there for months at a time so my every meal was fast food or junk :((

  5. HEY, I ALSO NOTICED WITH THE DESERT….THEY WERE BOTH RICH CHOCOLATE . CHOCOLATE OR COCOA IS A NATURAL LAXATIVE. That could be why you were in br so much w upset tummy. Your body is not use to as much chocolate or sweet. Just a thought. I also noticed that your protein was EXCELLENT for those meals. Seemed more than you have been getting. It could be what is driving your metabolism and burning your fat. I was wondering if you were REALLY taking enough calories for your body to keep burning fat properly and keeping your metabolism going strong. I understand physicians making a BASELINE calorie intake to be a general guideline. HOWEVER, not all bodies are the same and what works for one is NOT what works for all. Glad yall had a good time!

    I watch alot of channels though i have been keto over 3 yrs. Check out Katherine Michelle. You look great. I need to relose some , extra calories and too much fat last 6 months. I wanna get back to my thinnest.
