Since so many of you ask me for my fitness routine, I decided to share my latest workout for 2019 with all of YOU! These are the exercises I do to help stay healthy, fit and strong at 59 years young.
I thought it would be fun and helpful to show you exercises that I do in the gym daily AND then show you the counterpart exercises you can do that are most similar to my gym workout to help YOU get the best results if you don’t have access to a gym!
