  5. Yes, fat is less dense than muscle. We hear this so often. But in fact it's not WAY LESS dense! The average density of body fat is about 900kg/m³, of skeletal muscle about 1060kg/m³. That makes it about 15% less dense. So many misleading videos and photos show a block of muscle and a WAY bigger block of fat supposedly weighing the same. In terms of linear dimensions, a cube of muscle with 5cm sides weighs about the same as a cube of fat with 5.3cm sides. Perceptively bigger, but not hugely bigger! Of course what IS true is that fat is way easier to gain (or lose) than muscle.

People I have gyno, for the longest time I felt so depressed because no matter what I did no matter how cut I got my chest my nipples would still be puffy and it is so embarrassing i lost myself and stopped working out and started eating like shit luckily I have good metabolism and didn't gain to much weight but lost all my muscles for the longest time I was thinking how I could save up enough money to have surgery but you know what fuck it I am not spending and insane amount of money for my gyno to go away and I'm sick and tired of feeling insecure to the point where I would stop doing the things I love like going out on the lake with my family so I have decided to start working out and shaping up even if I have gyno I can still be ripped and it's ten times less embarrassing to looked ripped but with puffy nipples that to look fat with puffy nipples so say fuck you to gyno and live with it show it that it doesn't affect you hopefully this works and I don't fall back down the hole I was in

  7. Now this is ery informative!! Especially about how to distinguish between gyno and fat. But can't you make the gyno better (less noticeable) by muscle gain and fat loss.? Maybe this would be good enough for some.
