  1. I love that you prep EVERYTHING! I'm new to your channel and only a couple weeks into Keto. I've "heard" to avoid fruit or only eat a few berries a day. Do you have different info? I hope so cuz I love fruit! I feel like I've been doing great, and I log my macros, but my scale isn't budging and have been meeting my macro amounts! Any ideas, is this normal? 3 weeks in….

  4. Such great ideas! You make meal prep doable. I heard someone mention cutting up the celery tops with the leaves, and putting them in your salad mix, and it was great! I use them in soups, but now I have another use – thought I'd pass that tip on.

  5. Thanks for sharing.  Your meal preps are awesome. What a production.  I like the fact that you use whole foods.  Too many process food manufactures are jumping on the keto bandwagon and flooding the market with low carb products which is getting away from the fact that a healthy keto diet is actually based on whole foods.  I have enjoyed a plant-based keto lifestyle for seven years and I feel so good.  Keep sharing and talking.

  6. I love watching your meal preps. It got me motivated to do it again so Saturday, I prepped all my fruits & veggies that I had in the fridge. I like to stick a paper towel in each container/bag to absorb the moisture. It seems to prolong their freshness.
