  1. I didnt start seeing results until about week 3 or 4. And yes you'll notice inches before pounds. Stop weighing your self so much Lol. And you have to be a little bit more selfish with the food. There are great keto recipes and buffalo wings are my go to meal 😂😂. The 1st 2 weeks are the hardest. Keep at it. There is greatness after the struggle. And you also should check out detoxing also.   2. I've been on keto roughly 9 months and have lost close to 90lbs as a result. Try not to get discouraged if the scale doesn't budge for a day, or even a couple of weeks. There will be times when you'll stall as well as times when you may suddenly drop several pounds in a single day. It's important to remember that people lose weight at different rates for a variety of reasons.

    If you find yourself stuck in an extended stall (2 weeks or longer), then the solution would be to simply reevaluate what you've been eating. Maybe you're not eating within your macros. It could even be due to a food that might have hidden carbs. Are you tracking macros by the way? It's not necessary, but helps immensely as a guide when first starting out on keto.

  3. You definitely shouldn’t be weighing yourself everyday. For one, it’s gonna make you discouraged and feel like it’s not working. You’re not supposed to lose weight every single day. Start paying attention to how you feel, how your clothes fit. You will lose inches before weight usually so try to take measurements.
