  2. I make 3 smoothies each day and have a few different go-to “recipes” I use, but I like to see new ones too. I use tons of different stuff, I could make a 30 min vid on my smoothies, I love them 😂 I’ll give these a try, thanks 🙂

  3. Is this just a personal preference?…why wouldn't you just grab a fork & eat any of these as a salad.
    I've been looking into smoothies lately because Im new to sprouting …
    but I dont think Im missing anything

  4. You have inspired me to try and branch out in trying different recipes. I usually throw in 2 fruits and 3 veggies along with water and ice cubes. I love using Kale it is one of my main ingredients. I am going to try out the stuff you showed here because it looks awesome!

  5. 1. Could soy milk be used instead? Almond milk has like zero protein.
    2. Does this method work pretty much the same in a food processor as in a blender? I have both, but I think I like the food processor better.

    Also, I've never really been into smoothies cause they seem like a pain in the arse, but this method looks super easy. I like that you use pint canning jars. In the past I've made my own heat & eat meals in large batches for lunches, put them in pint canning jars and stored them in the freezer until ready to use. Could the same be done with these?

  6. For you’re tropikale smoothie do you use fresh raw kale. (or do you stem the kale) I’m asking because I’ve never had kale in a smoothie. I just wanted to know how to make it. I’m sorry if this is a silly question
