The unnecessary (illiterate sounding) profanity is almost too much to choke down (yes pun intended Ha!) but I believe in his content: "fasting versus calorie restriction method". Mario you are my primary guru LOL, could you please do a video on this?

  2. First time I did a cut I did HIIT sprints every morning and took the carbs out of all my meals and would eat a pizza once every 3 days because I felt like shit! I did get lean and burnt loads of muscle too and wrecked my metabolism and was burnt out hormonally too.

    You mentioned intermittent fasting, what are your thoughts on cortisol levels peaking when waking and risk of resultant muscle loss?

    I read carbs inhibit cortisol but I find it easy to fast in the mornings.

  5. Is there a possibility that u need a break if ur plateauing in ur strength(so that u can recover and come back refreshed and hopefully stronger)? If yes how long and what are signs u should look for to know u r actually plateauing.
